Akcents Global Finance guides you as consultant through the process of financing your Project.

1. Send us an introduction to your Project:
   • LOI.
   • Initial explanation with all details of what you want to do or buy, costs and timeline
   • Teaser of the Project.
   • Cashflow for 10 years.
   • CIS, clients information sheet,…all the primary documents in order to study and understand your idea and needs.

2. On base of what you send us and eventual extra explanations and calls, we will do a provisional study till conditional interest from the Funds to start.
3. Than you will sign a consultancy agreement with us, Akcents global.
4. The official presentation will be passed on to the directors Board and if everything is clear , you will get a Soft Letter with the conditional acceptance.
5. At this point we start to prepare for you the whole infrastructure for your new company registration, the bankaccounts to receive the funds and the Pessel for the Activity
6. Than the Business plan must be developped under UNIDO standards.
7. You will sign an Agency agreement for the following step.
8. Now the final Due diligence will be done.
9. The Investment/Credit Contract will be prepared.
10. You will now sign this contract and receive the Funds in your account, and at this very moment you will pay the agreed successfee.
